At Drake.Fit, we provide individual, couples, and family counseling; where together we explore family of origin history, culture, traditions, generational values, experiences, and patterns of thought and behavior to identify the root causes of a client's present day issues. Once identified, we pinpoint any unresolved childhood encounters, and help you heal any negative impacts, emotions, &/or beliefs associated with any interfering memories or experiences. Examples where counseling can help:
- Reduce negative impacts of trauma.
- Navigate conflicts, heal & restore trust issues (ie. infidelity).
- Manage the negative impacts of experiencing abuse (mental/emotional, physical, sexual, financial, etc.)
- To learn healthy parenting skills (new parents, toddlers, adolescents, young adult, empty nesters).
- To cope with grief & loss (death, end of a relationship, drastic health change, etc.)

- Improve emotional regulation & coping skills, minimize reactions.
