Confidentiality Policy

The law protects the relationship between a client and a pastor, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission. Exceptions include:
  • Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report to the appropriate authorities immediately.
  • If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
  • If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.

Drake Fit Counseling / Coaching Return and Refund Policy

  • At Drake Fit Counseling, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service to support your wellness journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

  • 1. Refund Eligibility:
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date.
  • Unused Services: Refunds are only available for services or packages that have not been started. Once a package or program has commenced, refunds will no longer be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
  • Started Programs: Any counseling packages, programs, or services that have already begun are non-refundable.
  • After 3 Days: Refund requests made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process:
  • Approval: Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
